In a world overrun by spirits, exorcist Okuru Yotsuya relies on a unique method of purification: his own tears. As a loner who struggles with social anxiety, he has managed fine on his own, but when he encounters an especially powerful spirit, his usual supply of tears proves insufficient. He is rescued by Naito Fukase, a charismatic pornstar known as "The Squirting Squire," who possesses the ability to produce supernatural bodily fluids that can banish ghosts. Impressed by Naito's splashy abilities, Okuru recruits him to teach the secret to producing more of his own power. As the two work together, the exorcism business becomes far messier and more intimate, blending supernatural battles with a developing romantic and comedic relationship. The story follows their growing bond, Okuru's social anxiety, and the absurd but earnest quest to master a new form of exorcism while facing increasingly difficult spirits.
