Toshihiko Katayama is a strikingly handsome young man accustomed to drawing attention from everyone around him. Working as a cram school teacher, his life is disrupted when a woman with long black hair begins stalking him. The harassment escalates: she targets his students and colleagues, and a series of inexplicable phenomena start to plague him. After a student is caught in an accident seemingly caused by the stalker’s shadow, Toshihiko decides to take action.
