In the year 2305, on the distant colony planet Tinos, humanity struggles to survive in a frigid, oxygen-poor environment that forces every resident to wear a life-support apparatus. Tinos was settled three centuries earlier by Earth outcasts, and its society has rotted into corruption, poverty, and lawlessness. The most valuable commodity on the planet is a ticket to Earth, and those who cannot afford one are often cheated or killed by the very authorities who should protect them.

The young orphan Blue lives by his wits in the slums of Junk City. After being robbed of his life-support unit, he is swindled into buying a decrepit model from a gang of criminals. The unit is inhabited by an obsolete industrial robot named Fatso, who has survived for three hundred years by constantly repairing itself. When Blue is framed for murder by the sadistic police chief Weiser and executed, Fatso makes a desperate choice: it transfers its own electronic brain into Blue’s body, fusing man and machine into a new kind of being—a Cyber Being. Blue is resurrected with superhuman strength, a modular body that can interface with any technology, and the accumulated knowledge of three centuries. He swears vengeance against Weiser and the corrupt system that crushed him.

As Blue tears through the criminal underworld, he attracts allies: the fiery young girl Galgo, the psychic boy Roni, the honourable mercenary Joe-K, and the Earth investigator Claire. Together they discover that Tinos’s decay is orchestrated by a cabal of ancient figures known as the Elders—descendants of the original colonists who were abandoned by Earth. The Elders, led by the ruthless Gazer, have been secretly breeding superhuman warriors called Bio Beings, blending human and animal DNA, and using brainwashed Tinos émigrés as sleeper agents on Earth. Their goal: to conquer the home planet that once discarded them. Blue’s quest for personal justice expands into a war to save two worlds. He confronts the lion-man Galgo, the spider-like Bio Soldiers, and finally the Elders themselves in a brutal, explosive finale that determines the fate of both Tinos and Earth.
