Kimiko Saitō is a Japanese voice actress and narrator from Nagano Prefecture, born on February 12, 1977. She is affiliated with the talent agency Aoni Production. Before pursuing voice acting, Saitō earned teaching credentials, including a Type 1 elementary school teacher's license and a Type 2 junior high school teacher's license for Japanese. She graduated from the 21st term of the Aoni Juku training school, marking the start of her entertainment career in 2001.
