Kathleen Barr is a Canadian voice actress with a career spanning several decades, during which she has become a prominent figure in animation, particularly through her work with Ocean Productions in Vancouver. While her portfolio is extensive and covers a wide range of Western animated series, she has also contributed her voice to numerous English dubs of Japanese anime, especially during the 1990s and 2000s.
