Atsuko Mine is a veteran Japanese voice actress born on May 2, 1951, in Tokyo, Japan. She is affiliated with the talent management firm Production Baobab. Her career began in the 1970s, and she has built an extensive and versatile portfolio across anime television series, films, OVAs, and video games.

Mine is known for her distinctive husky alto voice, which has made her a frequent choice for roles such as mothers, landladies, older women, and boys. Among her most well-known roles are the first voice actress to portray Nobita's grandmother in the 1979 Doraemon series, Haruko Nakamori in Magical Star Magical Emi, Daimaru Sarutani in Pro Golfer Saru, and Yuki Tōdō in Yawara! A Fashionable Judo Girl. She also voiced the character Cock-san in Cooking Papa.
