Gloria De Guzman was a Filipino voice actress known for her extensive work in the Tagalog dubs of numerous anime television series during the 1990s. Her career was primarily defined by providing Filipino-language voices for characters in popular animated shows aired in the Philippines. She was also known by the nickname Ollie.

De Guzman's voice acting portfolio included a wide range of characters across different series. She was the original voice of Usagi Tsukino, the lead character also known as Sailor Moon, in the Tagalog version of the acclaimed Sailor Moon meta-series, a role she reprised in Sailor Moon R, Sailor Moon S, and Sailor Moon Sailor Stars. Her other prominent roles in anime dubs included Lavinia Herbert in A Little Princess Sara, also known as Princess Sara, and Remi Hoshikawa in the Tagalog dub of Chikyu Sentai Fiveman. In addition to these, she voiced characters in other notable series such as Clannad, Lucky Star, and Utawarerumono.

Among her credited roles are several characters in classic anime series, including Jim in Huckleberry Finn Monogatari, the title character Cedie and Lady Constanzia Lorridale in Little Lord Fauntleroy, Alfred in Romeo and the Black Brothers, and Maria Agusta Kutschera in Trapp Ikka Monogatari. Her work extended to tokusatsu productions as well, where she provided the voice for Tran in Chojin Sentai Jetman.
