Narumi Kaho is a Japanese voice actress from Hiroshima Prefecture, born on September 9. She is affiliated with the Tokyo Actor's Consumer's Cooperative Society, also known as Haikyo. She began her career in 2016 after joining the agency 81 Produce, making her debut with a small role in the anime series Magi: Adventure of Sinbad. Her early work included minor roles in series such as BanG Dream! and Classroom of the Elite.

In 2017, Kaho landed her first leading role as the voice of the robot Gourai in the anime Frame Arms Girl. That same year, she also voiced the character Scientist in the short-form anime Precarious Woman Executive Miss Black General. The following year, she began her long-running role as Konomi Shinkaki in the series Kiratto Pri☆Chan, a part she played from 2018 to 2021. Her filmography also includes voice work in the animated film adaptation of I Want to Eat Your Pancreas.

In 2019, Kaho left 81 Produce and worked as a freelancer for a short time before joining her current agency, Haikyo, in October of that year. A notable recurring aspect of her career is her continued association with the Frame Arms Girl franchise, having reprised her role as Gourai across various adaptations, including anime, films, and video games. In 2022, she voiced the character Futaba in the popular series Ya Boy Kongming!. More recently, from 2024 onward, she has taken on the role of Charlotte Wraith in the anime As a Reincarnated Aristocrat, I'll Use My Appraisal Skill to Rise in the New World, appearing in both its first and second seasons. Her work spans television anime, films, video games, and radio appearances, establishing her as a consistent and versatile presence in the voice acting industry.
