Ivette Harting was a Venezuelan voice actress known for her work in Spanish-language dubs of anime series. She was born Ivette Elisa Harting Villega in Caracas, Venezuela, on April 3, 1964. Her career was marked by her versatility, particularly her ability to voice child characters. Among her most recognized roles in anime was Fibrizo in The Slayers Next. In the Slayers franchise, she also provided the voice for Ellis in the first series. She is also known for voicing the character Hugo Gato in the series The Funny Judo Champion. Her other notable anime roles included Sati (second voice) in Tenkū Senki Shurato and Remi Mizuchi in the OVA version of Sukeban Deka. Beyond her work in anime, her talent extended to other areas of dubbing, including characters such as Skippy in the animated series Animaniacs. In addition to her voice acting, Harting was also a writer, a stage actress with the National Theater Company of Venezuela, and an executive at the dubbing company Lipsing Loops. She passed away in Caracas on August 3, 2000.
