Peppino Capotondi is a Belgian actor primarily known for his extensive work in the French dubbing of animated series and films, particularly in the realm of anime. His career encompasses both theatre and voice acting, with a significant body of work that includes lending his voice to numerous characters across a wide variety of popular series.

Capotondi has been active in dubbing for animation since at least the early 1990s, contributing to the French-language versions of many acclaimed anime. He is perhaps most recognized for his long-running role as the villainous Orochimaru in the Naruto franchise, including Naruto, Naruto Shippuden, and related films and video games. His repertoire also includes notable parts in other major series, such as Ratchet in Transformers: Prime and its sequels, several characters in Yu-Gi-Oh! including Leichter and Rex Raptor, and Skales in Ninjago.

In addition to these prominent roles, Capotondi has voiced characters in a diverse range of other animated works. Examples include the role of 777 in the animated film Dead Leaves, and multiple characters in the Kirby: Right Back At Ya! series, such as Curio, Waddle Doo, and Coo. He also provided the French voice for Kabae in the Netflix series Aggretsuko and its special Aggretsuko: We Wish You a Metal Christmas, as well as the character Resasuke in the same series. His film work includes voicing Skeletor in the 2005 redubs of the Masters of the Universe films and Inspector Gadget in Inspecteur Gadget et le Ptérodactyle Géant.

Beyond his voice roles, Capotondi has a background in theatre, both as an actor and director, with credits dating back to the early 1990s. He has also been involved as a trainer for the Atelier théâtral des institutions européennes (ATIE) since 2015.
