Aya Ishizu is a Japanese voice actress born on February 22, 1972, in Tokyo. She has been affiliated with the theatre company Theater Echo since 1992. Her career includes a range of voice roles in anime television series from the 1990s and 2000s.
Ishizu is known for two specific roles from that era. She voiced the character Nikita in the 1995 anime series Romeo and the Black Brothers, also known as Romeo's Blue Skies. In the same year, she also provided the voice for Tomomi Mizuno in the original video animation adaptation of Dōkyūsei 2.
Her other notable anime credits include the role of Barry the Chopper in his female disguise in the 2003 series Fullmetal Alchemist, Mami Honda in Super GALS!
