Fumihiro Okabayashi is a Japanese voice actor born on April 9, 1978, in Tokyo, Japan. As of 2018, he is affiliated with the talent agency Forest Link, having previously been associated with Gekidan Wakakusa, Ken Production, and Al-Share. He stands approximately 173 cm tall and his blood type is B. Okabayashi is a graduate of the 81 Produce's Actor's Studio and trained with Ensemble Wakakusa and School Duo.

Okabayashi's career began in the early 2000s, with early roles in anime such as Ninin ga Shinobuden and Kemono no Zume. He has built a substantial body of work across anime, video games, and dubbed versions of foreign media.

He is perhaps best known for his extensive work in the Beyblade Burst franchise, where he has voiced multiple members of the Kiyama family across several series. His roles in this franchise include Rantarō Kiyama in Beyblade Burst, Beyblade Burst God, Beyblade Burst Turbo, and Beyblade Burst Sparking; Ranjiro Kiyama in Beyblade Burst Turbo and Beyblade Burst Sparking; and Ranzō Kiyama in Beyblade Burst QuadDrive. Other notable anime roles include Atsuta Hosokawa in Shinkansen Henkei Robo Shinkalion Z, Ryuuji Kusaka in Inazuma Eleven GO Galaxy, Earth in Yu-Gi-Oh! VRAINS, and Azasu in Zoids Wild. He also voiced the character Patrick in the 2006 animated film The Laws of Eternity.

Beyond anime, Okabayashi has an extensive career in video game voice acting. He is particularly recognized for providing the Japanese voices for major Western game characters, including John "Soap" MacTavish in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3, Alex Mason in Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War, and Jacob Lee in The Callisto Protocol. He has also voiced characters in Japanese games, such as Ray in Final Fantasy XIII-2.

His work in dubbing foreign content extends to animation as well. He voiced Rocket Raccoon in the Japanese dub of the anime series Marvel Disk Wars: The Avengers and Mort in the Japanese dub of The Penguins of Madagascar. He is also the Japanese voice of the Mii characters in various Mario Kart and Mario Golf games. In addition to voice acting, his talents include singing.
