Dagmar Dreke is a German actress and voice actress, born in Hamburg in 1958, who is primarily known for her extensive work in dubbing, including providing the German voices for numerous characters in anime series and films. Her voice can be heard in a wide range of German-dubbed productions, where she takes on both leading and supporting roles. Dreke's work in anime includes several notable credits. In the 2021 Netflix anime series Blue Period, she voiced the character Masako Saeki, an art teacher. She also lent her voice to the character Etsuko Tajima in the 2018 animated film Okko's Inn. Another prominent film role was providing the German voice for Vaness in the Netflix version of The Seven Deadly Sins the Movie: Prisoners of the Sky in 2018. Beyond anime, Dagmar Dreke's voice acting career is broad and varied. She is recognized for voicing Dana Tan in the German dub of Batman Beyond, Mom Tiger in Daniel Tiger's Neighbourhood, and Frankie Stein in Monster High. Her other voice credits span a wide array of animated series, including Sesame Street, The Wild Thornberrys, and As Told By Ginger.
