Haruka Okamura is a Japanese voice actress affiliated with the agency Kenyu Office. She was born on August 22 in Isehara, Kanagawa Prefecture. Her blood type is A.

Okamura pursued specialized training for her career, graduating from the Tokyo Announce Gakuin and later studying at the voice acting school talk back. She began her professional activities in the voice acting industry during the 2010s. Her affiliation with Kenyu Office started in 2020, initially as a trainee member of the agency.

Okamura is best known for her role as Ewen Egeburg, a classmate of Anya Forger at Eden Academy, in the popular anime series Spy x Family. She has voiced the character across the television series and in the 2023 theatrical film Spy x Family Code: White. Her casting as Ewen was part of a new slate of cast members announced in May 2022 to introduce Anya's important classmates as the series adapted the Eden Beginnings arc from the manga.
