Haruna Mikawa is a Japanese voice actress born on February 23, 1998, in Kanagawa Prefecture. She is affiliated with the talent agency Ken Production. From a young age, she aspired to work as an actress. Her interest in voice acting specifically was sparked during her middle school years after a senior recommended the anime Inu x Boku SS to her, leading her to research the profession and set it as her career goal.

Mikawa's entry into the industry was marked by significant recognition early on. In 2017, she participated in the 11th Seiyu Awards New Talent Audition. After graduating from the voice acting school School Duo, she joined Ken Production on April 1, 2020.

Her filmography includes a variety of roles in anime television series, original net animations, and films. Among her notable roles are Rin Kagawa in When Will Ayumu Make His Move?, Mayusura in My Isekai Life, Tatsuki Mori in Assault Lily Bouquet, and Yua in the ONA Fudanshi Shōkan: Isekai de Shinjū ni Hameraremashita. She also voices the character Ayla Lawrence in the series Bogus Skill <<fruitmaster>> and Satoko Kusagakure in A Ninja and an Assassin Under One Roof. In addition to these, she has had roles in major franchises such as Solo Leveling as Sung Jin-ah, Blue Lock, and the film Drifting Home. Her work extends to video games, where she is known for roles such as Dunyazard in Genshin Impact and Hana Suzuki in The Idolmaster: Shiny Colors.

Beyond her voice acting, Mikawa was an enthusiastic athlete during her school years, competing in soft tennis at the regional and national levels and achieving second place in a prefectural individual competition. She holds a Type 1 driver's license and a teaching license as a school nurse. She is also known for her proficiency in the Sanuki dialect from her hometown.
