Pedro Ruiz is an Argentine voice actor known for his work in Latin American dubs of anime and live-action productions. His full name is Pedro Lucas Ruiz Caturelli. He has gained recognition for voicing prominent characters in several anime series and films, particularly those dubbed in Argentina.

Ruiz is most notably recognized as the voice of the legendary thief Arsène Lupin III in the Italian anime series Lupin the 3rd Part 6. He reprised this role for the crossover film Lupin III vs. Cat's Eye, continuing his association with the character. His other significant anime roles include voicing both Amanojaku and Sadamitsu Usui in the film Legend of the Millennium Dragon. He has also lent his voice to Shiro Kuramori in Parasyte -the maxim-, Hideki Kurohagi and Kai in Wolverine, and the character León Alfa in the Yo-kai Watch series. His film work includes a role in the animated feature Flavors of Youth and as Hombre Puerto 2 in Ponyo on the Cliff by the Sea.

Beyond anime, Ruiz's dubbing work extends to live-action and other animated series. He provided the Latin American Spanish voice for Kogorō Katsura in the live-action film Rurouni Kenshin Saishūshō The Beginning. He has also voiced characters in non-animated productions, such as Django in the Argentine dub of the film Django Unchained and characters in the animated series Right Now Kapow and Endangered Species.

His work as Lupin III has involved recurring collaborations with other voice actors and dubbing studios. For Lupin the 3rd Part 6 and Lupin III vs. Cat's Eye, the dubs were produced by the Argentine company Marmac Group. In these productions, he worked alongside a consistent cast that included René Sagastume as Daisuke Jigen, Alejandro Graue as Goemon Ishikawa XIII, Mario De Candia as Inspector Zenigata, and Ximena Viver as Fujiko Mine.
