Sebastián Reggio is a Venezuelan-American voice actor known for his work in Latin American Spanish dubs of anime and live-action series. Born in Miami, he began his career in voice acting after training at the dubbing academy Voces de Marca. He is primarily based in Miami, Florida, where much of his dubbing work is produced.

Reggio gained widespread recognition for his role as the protagonist Izuku Midoriya, also known as Deku, in the Latin American Spanish dub of the popular anime series My Hero Academia. His work on the series includes voicing the character in the feature film My Hero Academia THE MOVIE: World Heroes' Mission. Another significant role in anime is his portrayal of the robot boy Reg in the franchise Made in Abyss. He voiced the character in the compilation films Made in Abyss: Journey's Dawn and Made in Abyss: Wandering Twilight, as well as the sequel film Made in Abyss: Dawn of the Deep Soul. Beyond anime, his voice acting credits include the live-action television series I Am Frankie and the series Nobel.

Reggio frequently works with VOA Voices Studios in the United States for his dubbing projects. For the Made in Abyss films, he was directed by José Aparicio and worked alongside fellow voice actors such as María José Estévez (Riko) and Andrea Villaverde (Nanachi). His work on My Hero Academia also connects him with a wider cast of voice actors in the Miami dubbing industry, including Manolo Coego Jr., who voices the antagonist All For One in the same series.
