Chiharu Shigematsu is a Japanese male voice actor born in Tokyo on May 20, 1990. He began his career after graduating from the AIR AGENCY Voice Actor Training School, joining the agency AIR AGENCY in 2015. In 2021, he transitioned to the Tokyo Actor's Consumer's Cooperative Society, also known as Haikyo. Before pursuing voice acting, he worked as a kindergarten teacher and holds a license for that profession, an experience that inspired him to enter the entertainment industry.

Shigematsu's voice is characterized as a tenor with a quiet tone, often suited for lively boy roles. His first roles in the mid-2010s included minor and supporting characters in series such as Concrete Revolutio and Chaos;Child. A significant milestone in his career came in 2019 when he was cast as Mayoi Ayase in the popular multimedia franchise Ensemble Stars!! This role in the game and subsequent anime adaptations, including the 2022 film Ensemble Stars!! Road to Show!!, is considered his representative work.
