Reo Kurachi is a Japanese voice actress and keyboardist born on May 22, 1997, in Saitama Prefecture. Her interest in voice acting began during her junior high school years after watching the anime series Fullmetal Alchemist and K-On!. From a young age, she learned to play the piano and Electone, and she practiced cheerleading dance from elementary through high school. She joined the talent agency S Inc. after passing their third Newcomer Audition in September 2016.

Kurachi made her voice acting debut in August 2017 with a role as Hatano on a drama CD included with the Nintendo Switch game Azure Striker Gunvolt: Striker Pack. Her first major breakthrough and television anime role came in 2018 when she became a member of the band Raise A Suilen as its keyboardist for the BanG Dream! multimedia franchise. She voices the character Reona Nyubara, also known by her stage name Pareo, the keyboardist of the band's fictional counterpart. She has reprised this role across numerous installments of the franchise, including the anime series BanG Dream! 2nd Season and BanG Dream! 3rd Season, the short-form spin-offs BanG Dream! Girls Band Party! Pico and BanG Dream! Girls Band Party! Pico Fever!, and the animated concert films BanG Dream! Film Live 2nd Stage and BanG Dream! Poppin'Dream!.

Beyond BanG Dream!, Kurachi has been a recurring presence in other Bushiroad media franchises. She voices Esora Shimizu, a member of the unit Peaky P-key, in the D4DJ project, appearing in the anime series D4DJ First Mix, D4DJ Petit Mix, and D4DJ All Mix. She also voices Fumi Yumeōji in the smartphone game Shōjo Kageki Revue Starlight: Re LIVE. In 2022, she took on roles in two additional series, voicing Shiho Hoshino in the film adaptation of Idol Bu Show and Kina Asaka in the fourth season of Yatogame-chan Kansatsu Nikki. She is also slated to voice Himawari Hagiwara in the Utahime Dream project. Her other anime roles include Kokoro Ogawa in the Oomuro-ke films. In addition to animation, her work spans stage productions, radio programs such as Raise A Suilen's Radio Riot, and voice dubbing for foreign films and dramas.

Kurachi was affiliated with S Inc. from her debut until her contract expired on June 30, 2024, after which she announced she would be continuing her career as a freelancer.
