Takashi Onozuka is a Japanese voice actor born on February 1, 1974, in Tokyo, Japan. He is a graduate of the Tokyo Announcement Gakuen vocational school and has been affiliated with the talent agency Mausu Promotion since the year 2000, marking a long-standing career in the voice acting industry.
Onozuka is perhaps best known for his long-running association with the Ghost in the Shell franchise. He has consistently provided the voice for the character Pazu, a key member of Public Security Section 9. His work in this role spans across multiple installments, beginning with the 2002 television series Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex and its 2004 sequel, Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex 2nd GIG.
