Takashi Onozuka is a Japanese voice actor born on February 1, 1974, in Tokyo, Japan. He is a graduate of the Tokyo Announcement Gakuen vocational school and has been affiliated with the talent agency Mausu Promotion since the year 2000, marking a long-standing career in the voice acting industry.

Onozuka is perhaps best known for his long-running association with the Ghost in the Shell franchise. He has consistently provided the voice for the character Pazu, a key member of Public Security Section 9. His work in this role spans across multiple installments, beginning with the 2002 television series Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex and its 2004 sequel, Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex 2nd GIG. He continued in the role for the 2006 original video animation, Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex: Solid State Society, and later for the 2020 Netflix anime series, Ghost in the Shell: SAC2045. His portrayal of Pazu in SAC2045 is also featured in the 2021 compilation film, Ghost in the Shell: SAC_2045 Sustainable War.

Beyond this signature role, Onozuka has built an extensive filmography in both anime and dubbing. In anime, his notable credits include the role of Kaname Moniwa in the popular sports series Haikyu!!, Bosaburo Taira in Rosario + Vampire and its sequel, and Paren Nelge in Star Blazers 2199. He has also appeared in major franchise titles such as Gundam Reconguista in G, Naruto Shippūden, and the third season of Attack on Titan. In 2021, he voiced the character Papa in the Pokémon anime short Blossom's Dream, part of the POKÉTOON series.
