Paco Cardona is a Spanish voice actor known for his work on the Spanish dubbing of various anime series and films. He has provided voices for a range of characters in productions localized for Spain.

Cardona's career includes several prominent roles within the long-running Dragon Ball franchise. One of his most notable characters is Whis, the angelic attendant to the God of Destruction Beerus. He first voiced Whis in the film Dragon Ball Z: Battle of Gods and continued the role in subsequent films, including Dragon Ball Z: Resurrection F, Dragon Ball Super: Broly, and Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero. In Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero, he also provided the voice for the character Yajirobe. Beyond the films, Cardona has voiced Whis in the Dragon Ball Super television series. His involvement with the franchise extends to other characters and series as well. He voiced the young Son Goten in Dragon Ball GT and the character Kaioh Shin in the original Dragon Ball Z series. In Dragon Ball Z Kai, he originally voiced the character Shin before being replaced in later episodes. Additional Dragon Ball roles include characters in various films such as Medamatcha in Dragon Ball Z: Lord Slug, Android 15 in Dragon Ball Z: Super Android 13!, and a grandfather in Dragon Ball Z: Broly - Second Coming.

Another significant role in Cardona's career is that of Diego Vega, the titular hero in the anime series The Legend of Zorro (Kaiketsu Zorro). This series, a co-production between Japan and Italy, was broadcast in Spain and featured Cardona in the lead role, voicing the character who disguises himself as the masked swordsman Zorro to fight injustice.

His filmography also includes roles in other anime series. He voiced Daryun in both The Heroic Legend of Arslan and its sequel, The Heroic Legend of Arslan: Dust Storm Dance. He is also credited with the role of Abel in the series Lady Georgie.

Throughout his career, Cardona has frequently collaborated with a consistent group of voice actors and production studios in Spain. His work in the Dragon Ball franchise and The Legend of Zorro often saw him working alongside actors such as Nonia de la Gala, Ana Cremades, and Jorge Tomé.
