Ikuji Nakamura is a Japanese actor and voice actor born December 21, 1953, in Wakayama Prefecture, Japan. He is a graduate of the Nihon University College of Art, where he studied photography. Nakamura is affiliated with the talent agency J.CLIP.

His career began in theater; in 1987, he founded and led the theater group Gekidan Kakusuko, where he served as the lead writer, director, and a stage actor. Following the group's disbandment in 2002, he expanded his focus to include a wider range of work in film and television.

As a voice actor, Nakamura is known for his role as Sassan in the 2021 animated film Fortune Favors Lady Nikuko. This performance represents a notable credit in the field of anime voice acting.

Beyond voice work, Nakamura has an extensive career as a screen actor with numerous credits in both film and television dramas dating back to the 1980s. His live-action film appearances include roles in notable productions such as the 2006 film Death Note, Shin Godzilla in 2016, and Outrage Coda in 2017. He has also appeared in television series including the long-running drama相棒 (Partners),人生削除事务所 (dele), and the 2024 Asadora drama The Tiger and Her Wings.
