Gianluca Tusco

Gianluca Tusco is an established Italian voice actor and theater actor with a career spanning several decades. He was born in Pesaro on March 18, 1962, and is the son of actor and voice actor Marcello Tusco. Tusco began his career in theater in 1972 and has been consistently active in dubbing since 1976, often working at the Cine Video Doppiatori studio where he later became a partner.
While widely recognized for dubbing live-action actors such as John Cusack, Forest Whitaker, Matt Damon, and Liam Neeson in the Italian versions of their films, Tusco has also built a significant body of work in animation. In the realm of anime, he is known for providing the Italian voice for a variety of characters. Among his notable roles is Boss, the leader of a trio of delinquents who pilots the Boss Borot, in the historic series Mazinger Z, a role for which he is the second Italian voice. He also voiced the character Chase in the 2020 steampunk adventure series Appare-Ranman!. More recently, he took on the role of Dahlia in the 2021 film The Seven Deadly Sins: Cursed By Light.
