Luiza Cesar is a Brazilian actress and voice actress based in Rio de Janeiro. She was born on September 10, 1994. She is the daughter of renowned dubladora Mabel Cezar. Cesar is a graduate of the Escola Técnica Estadual de Teatro Martins Penna. Her career in voice acting spans over a decade, having begun her work in the industry at the age of twelve. In addition to her performance work, she has been a professor of voice acting since 2018 and is affiliated with the Sociedade Brasileira de Dublagem.
Cesar's work as a voice actress encompasses a wide range of roles in animation, live-action series, and films. In anime, she is known for providing the Brazilian Portuguese voice for the protagonist Chateau Dankworth in the series Love of Kill. Her other anime roles include Bonnie in Pokémon the Movie: Volcanion and the Mechanical Marvel, Yoshiko Hiiragi in the film Human Lost, Mizuki Akitomo in the series Kotaro Lives Alone, and Sullivan Squire in the film Burn The Witch.
