Mabuki Andou is a Japanese voice actress and stage performer. She was born on March 30, 1969, in Fukuoka Prefecture, Japan. Her interest in performance began in her youth, inspired by actresses from the Kadokawa film era, and she started training at the Himawari Theatre Group during her middle school years. She made her professional debut in 1991 as a member of the Haiyuza Theatre Company, beginning her career on the stage before expanding into voice acting. Her entry into the dubbing world came through a role on the medical drama ER.

Andou is known for her versatile voice, frequently cast in roles that portray strong, independent women. In anime, she has provided voices for a range of characters across different series.
