Miwa Matsumoto is a Japanese voice actress born on December 15, 1971, in Fukuoka Prefecture, Japan. She is affiliated with the talent management firm Aksent. Her career began in the 1990s, and she has since built a extensive portfolio of roles across anime, film, and video games.

Matsumoto is most widely recognized for her long-standing role as Patamon in the Digimon Adventure franchise. She has provided the voice for the character across numerous installments for over two decades, including the original television series Digimon Adventure and Digimon Adventure 02, several films such as Digimon Adventure: Last Evolution Kizuna and Digimon Adventure 02: The Beginning, and the more recent television series Digimon Adventure:. Her work in the franchise also includes voicing Patamon's various evolutionary forms, like Angemon and HolyAngemon.

Beyond Digimon, another of her notable and recurring roles is Chiharu Mihara in the Cardcaptor Sakura series, a part she has played in the original television anime, subsequent films, and the Clear Card sequel.
