Omar Vitelli is an Italian voice actor known for his extensive work in dubbing anime series and films for the Italian market. Active in both Rome and Milan, he has built a career characterized by a wide range of characters, from leading protagonists to complex supporting roles. His contributions to the field were recognized early on when he won the Emerging Voice of the Year award for cartoons and radio at the Gran Galà del Doppiaggio, held at Romics in 2003.

Vitelli has lent his voice to a number of prominent anime characters. He is the Italian voice of the powerful and flamboyant wizard Dark Schneider in the Netflix anime series BASTARD!! -Heavy Metal, Dark Fantasy- and its sequel, BASTARD!! -Heavy Metal, Dark Fantasy-: Hell's Requiem. In the 2019 Studio Trigger film Promare, he voiced Remi Puguna, the cool and intelligent vice-captain of the fire-fighting team Burning Rescue. His repertoire also includes the role of the eccentric sorcerer Fabio Zaccheroni in the anime The Ancient Magus' Bride.

Beyond these roles, Vitelli's voice can be heard across a broad spectrum of animated productions. His filmography includes the cunning Hōka Inumuta in Kill la Kill, the lovelorn Heikichi Nakao in Lovely Complex, the bumbling Taniguchi in The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya, and Ox Ford in Soul Eater. He has also voiced Reiji "Andre" Andou in Prison School, Lui Shirosagi in Beyblade Burst, Chase Suno in Monsuno, and Falco Flashman in Inazuma Eleven Go! Galaxy. His work extends to non-animated series as well, such as providing voices for various characters in Family Guy and portraying Jared, also known as Morpheus, in the series Ragazze dell'Olimpo. In addition to animation, Vitelli is active in dubbing for live-action productions and video games, with credits including the role of Ptolemy XIII in Assassin's Creed: Origins.
