Sota Arai is a Japanese voice actor known for his extensive work in anime, particularly for providing the voices of multiple characters in the long-running series Aggretsuko. His career includes a variety of roles in major anime franchises, demonstrating his range in portraying both comedic and dramatic characters.

Arai's most prominent and frequent roles are within the Aggretsuko franchise. He is the voice of the boorish but skilled accounting department director, Ton, a role he has played since the original 2016 television shorts. He reprised this role for the Netflix original net animation series and the holiday special Aggretsuko: We Wish You a Metal Christmas. His involvement with the series extends to several other characters, including Ton's meerkat subordinate Komiya, as well as the characters Zukkun and Manumaru in various seasons of the show.
