Joshua Waters is a voice actor based in Texas who performs in anime, video games, and independent animated web series. He is originally from a small farm town in Ohio and works primarily from his home studio. His career in voice acting began to gain recognition around 2018.

Waters is known for a variety of prominent roles in English-dubbed anime. He voices the lead character Yoshikazu Miyano in the romantic comedy series Sasaki and Miyano. In the sports anime Blue Lock, he is the voice of Shuto Sendou. He also portrays Kuranosuke Shiraishi in The Prince of Tennis II: U-17 World Cup. His other anime credits include the titular character in the film INU-OH and Soga in My Hero Academia: Vigilantes.

In addition to anime, Waters has an extensive portfolio in video game voice work. He provides the voice for Phainon in the popular game Honkai: Star Rail, Gilbert in Unicorn Overlord, and Edward in Fire Emblem Heroes. He also leads the cast as the protagonist Klein Moretti in the animated series Lord of the Mysteries.

Beyond mainstream productions, Waters is actively involved in indie projects. He is known for voicing Stone in the animated series Ramshackle, a role for which he also served as the voice director on the pilot episode.
