Giovannie Cruz is an American voice actor and music director known for her work in English dubs of anime series, primarily for Crunchyroll Productions. Born on November 6, 1986, in Wurzburg, Germany, she grew up in Texas and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Opera and Early Music from the University of North Texas College of Music. In addition to her voice acting career, she has appeared in on-screen roles in films such as The Suicide Squad and Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3.
Cruz has built a career contributing voices to a wide variety of anime series. Her roles include Aoi Kaneko in the sports anime Aoashi, Lillia-Asplay in the fantasy series WorldEnd, and Maki Hakata in the comedy If My Favorite Pop Idol Made it to the Budokan, I Would Die.
