Hori is a Japanese entertainer and voice actor, born Hirohito Hori on February 11, 1977, in Chiba Prefecture. He is primarily known as an impressionist (monomane tarento) and has been active in the entertainment industry since 1999, represented by the agency Horipro Com. His public persona is that of a comedic performer specializing in celebrity impersonations, and he has been a regular on various Japanese variety television programs.

While his main career is in live entertainment, Hori possesses a limited but notable filmography as an anime voice actor. His entry into voice acting occurred in a specific context, as he was chosen to inherit certain roles following the death of veteran voice actor Junpei Takiguchi in 2011. Takiguchi was well-known for voicing a specific archetype of "evil boss" characters in the long-running Time Bokan franchise.
