Julia Casper is a German voice actor and actress born in 1981, recognized for her extensive work in dubbing anime series and video games for the German-language market. Her career is primarily defined by providing German voices for a wide array of characters in Japanese animation.

Casper's career background includes formal training at the Stage School Hamburg from 2002 to 2005, with further studies in Meisner technique in Los Angeles and acting in Rome. While her early work included roles in film and television, she has become highly specialized in voice acting and dubbing.
