Julia Casper is a German voice actor and actress born in 1981, recognized for her extensive work in dubbing anime series and video games for the German-language market. Her career is primarily defined by providing German voices for a wide array of characters in Japanese animation.

Casper's career background includes formal training at the Stage School Hamburg from 2002 to 2005, with further studies in Meisner technique in Los Angeles and acting in Rome. While her early work included roles in film and television, she has become highly specialized in voice acting and dubbing. Her language skills, including fluency in German, English, and proficiency in French, Spanish, Italian, Turkish, and Persian, contribute to her versatility in the field.

Among her major voice roles in anime, she is known for playing Jeanne Euphoria in the German versions of the series How a Realist Hero Rebuilt the Kingdom and its second season. She also voiced the character Masako in the anime film Naruto Shippūden: The Lost Tower and took on the role of Otoya Takechi in the series Riddle Story of Devil. Another significant role is that of Suzune Ichihara in The irregular at magic high school.
