Ángela Villanueva is a veteran Mexican voice actress and announcer with a career spanning over five decades in the Latin American dubbing industry. Born on August 18, 1943, in Mexico City, she began her career in 1968. She entered the world of dubbing thanks to Zoila Quiñones and is widely recognized for being the official Spanish voice for actresses Julie Andrews, Helen Mirren, and Whoopi Goldberg.

Her extensive filmography includes a vast number of prominent roles in both live-action and animated productions. Some of her most notable performances include Fran Sinclair in the television series Dinosaurios, Ellen Ripley in Alien 3, and Miss Minchin in La princesita. She is also well-known for voicing Aunt May Parker in the first three Spider-Man films. In animation, her work includes voicing Kaede in Inuyasha, Abuela Saki in Zenki, Uranai Baba and Mrs. Briefs (Bulma's mother) in the Dragon Ball franchise, and Mrs. Beakley in Patoaventuras.
