Miho Miyagawa is a Japanese voice actress and narrator from Shizuoka Prefecture, born on February 22, 1977. She is currently affiliated with Aoni Production. Her path to voice acting began at Yoyogi Animation Academy, after which she made her professional debut. Before focusing solely on voice acting, her entertainment career started in the mid-1990s as a singer in the idol voice unit Pastel&Vivid and as an enka singer performing under the name Haruka Satomi. Over the years, she has also used several other stage names, including Aoi Miyagawa and Sono Miyagawa, before settling on Miho Miyagawa, which is also her real name.

Miyagawa has built a prolific career characterized by great versatility, lending her voice to a wide array of characters in anime, video games, and foreign language dubs. She is perhaps best known for her long-running role as the homunculus maid Leysritt, often called Liz, within the various Fate series. This includes her appearances in Fate/kaleid liner Prisma Illya and its sequels 2wei! and 2wei Herz!, Carnival Phantasm, Fate/stay night: Unlimited Blade Works, and the Heaven's Feel film trilogy. Another significant role was as Kanako Tsutsutori in the 2011 horror series Blood-C and its subsequent film adaptation, The Last Dark.

Beyond these prominent parts, her filmography is extensive and filled with supporting characters that showcase her range. She has voiced characters in long-running franchises like Soreike! Anpanman, where she took on roles such as Bananaman and Konta. In the romantic comedy Kimi ni Todoke, she played Tomomi Endo, one of Sawako's close friends. Her earlier work includes roles such as Shie Sugihara in Canvas 2 - Niji Iro no Sketch and Kuguru Sahara in PetoPeto-san. She has also appeared in major series like Claymore as Cynthia, Hunter x Hunter (2011), Parasyte -the maxim-, and Knights of Sidonia.

In addition to her anime work, Miyagawa is an active narrator for television programs, including E-Musume!, Oja Map!!, and specials for Tokyo Magnitude 8.0. Her career has seen her affiliated with several talent agencies over the decades, including Elle Staff, Atelier Peach, and I'm Enterprise, before joining Aoni Production in 2016. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a consistent work ethic and a flexible vocal talent, making her a familiar presence in the Japanese voice acting industry for over twenty-five years.
