Xavier Percy is a Belgian actor and voice director, born on November 12, 1963, in Brussels. He is a graduate of the Royal Conservatory of Brussels, where he studied in 1984. His career spans work in theater, film, and television, both in Belgium and France, but he is perhaps most widely recognized for his extensive contributions to the field of dubbing.

Percy has lent his voice to a vast array of characters in animated series and films, becoming a familiar presence to French-speaking audiences of Japanese anime. He is particularly well-known for his long-standing roles in the Naruto franchise, where he voices both Kiba Inuzuka and Neji Hyûga, a role that continues into the sequel series Boruto: Naruto Next Generations. Another major recurring role is that of Tsubasa Otori in the various Beyblade series, including Metal Fusion, Metal Masters, and Metal Fury. In the world of Pokémon, Percy voices the character Ren, an assistant at Cerise Laboratory, in Pokémon Journeys: The Series, as well as other characters like Adrien from the Sinnoh League. His other notable anime voice work includes Lavi in D.Gray-man, Bobby Shearer and Dylan Keats in Inazuma Eleven, Dante and Myu in the Saint Seiya: Hades Chapter, and the character Anaï in Aggretsuko.

Beyond performance, Xavier Percy also works extensively as a voice director, overseeing the French-language adaptations of numerous productions. His directorial credits include series such as Aggretsuko, Creepie, Danger Mouse, and Castlevania: Nocturne, among many others. He is also active outside of dubbing, working as a professor at the European University of Writing and serving as an umpire for the improvisation league, following a two-year period as a performer himself.
