Orlando Noguera is a Venezuelan-American voice actor with over three decades of experience in the dubbing industry, recognized for his extensive work in animation and anime for the Latin American Spanish market. Born in Venezuela, he accumulated more than 26 years of experience in his home country before relocating to Miami in 2004, where he continues his voice acting career alongside commercial voiceover work. His early career was significantly shaped by his work in theater and puppet shows, which contributed to his foundational skills as a performer.

Noguera's career trajectory includes a wide array of iconic roles in Western animation. He is particularly renowned for voicing The Brain in the various iterations of Animaniacs, Pinky and the Brain, and Pinky, Elvira y Cerebro. He also became the Spanish voice of Superman in Superman: The Animated Series and has voiced numerous characters in South Park, including Kenny McCormick, Gerald Broflovski, Stan Marsh, and Butters Stotch at different points in the series. Additionally, he has been the voice of Cosmo in The Fairly OddParents since 2008 and served as the first French narrator for SpongeBob SquarePants.
