Philip Weber is an American voice actor born on May 11, 1966, in Dallas County, Texas. He is primarily affiliated with FUNimation Entertainment and Crunchyroll, contributing extensively to the English dubbing of numerous anime series and films.

Weber's career encompasses a wide range of supporting and principal roles. He is recognized for voicing authoritative and elder characters, such as King Ramposa III in the Overlord series, appearing in Overlord II, III, and IV. He also voiced Diseum von Earlsheid, known as Uncle Dis, in Wise Man's Grandchild and Sōichirō Hague in the Fire Force anime.

His other prominent roles include Sengoku in One Piece, a part he has played since episode 703 and in the film One Piece Stampede. He is also known for voicing Itsuki Marude across the various Tokyo Ghoul series and OVAs, and as Brain and Zero in Fairy Tail. His film work includes roles in Josee, the Tiger and the Fish as Professor Kondo and in Human Lost as a Commentator.
