David Wills is an American voice actor known for his extensive work in English-language dubs of anime series and video games, particularly during the 2000s. He has been active in the voice acting industry since at least the early 1990s and has lent his talents to productions associated with prominent dubbing studios such as 4Kids Entertainment, NYAV Post, and HiT Entertainment. Wills's career is marked by a wide array of character roles across numerous popular anime series. He is perhaps best known for his role as the hungry and bumbling Ed in the series Dinosaur King, a part he played across its run, including its second season. In the same series, he also provided the voice for Dr. Spike Taylor, the father of the protagonist, Max. Another notable role from this era is EnRyu, one of the twin mechanical brothers, in the English adaptation of The King of Braves GaoGaiGar.
