Milagros Fernández is a Spanish voice actor known for her work in dubbing anime series and films into Spanish. She has built a career lending her voice to a wide variety of characters, from leading heroines to supporting roles in numerous popular franchises.

One of her most prominent and defining roles is providing the Spanish voice for Nagisa Misumi, also known as Cure Black, in the Pretty Cure franchise. She voiced this character in the television series Futari wa Pretty Cure Max Heart and its associated films, including Futari wa Pretty Cure: Max Heart and Futari wa Precure Max Heart 2: Yukizora no Tomodachi. In this same franchise, she also voiced the character Sanae Yukishiro in these productions.
