Rodrigo Mourão is a Portuguese voice actor and lawyer who has gained recognition for his extensive work in dubbing animation and anime series into European Portuguese. Born on April 1st, he developed an early interest in performance, participating in theater throughout high school with the group TAESO and later training at Teatro Bocage under actress and director Maria João Miguel. His formal preparation for voice work includes workshops at various dubbing studios with notable trainers such as Joana Sapinho, Simon Frankel, and José Jorge Duarte.

His most prominent body of work is in the popular anime series My Hero Academia and its associated films. In the Portuguese dubs of these productions, Mourão has voiced a wide array of characters, demonstrating significant vocal range. His roles in the series include the heroic student Eijirō Kirishima, the flamboyant Yūga Aoyama, the powerful pro-hero Endeavor, and the series' primary antagonist, All For One. He has also lent his voice to other characters in the series such as Hanta Sero, Stain, and Sir Nighteye. This extensive involvement continued in the films, including My Hero Academia: Heroes: Rising, My Hero Academia: Two Heroes, and My Hero Academia: World Heroes' Mission, where he reprised roles like Kirishima, Aoyama, and Endeavor.

His path to professional dubbing also includes a background in the online fan community, where he was part of pioneering amateur dubbing projects, or fandubs, including a notable Portuguese version of Dragon Ball Z Abridged and a fan dub of Pokémon: The Origin.
