Born Izabel Cristina Lira de Oliveira on July 12, 1974, in Rio de Janeiro, she has built a career spanning live-action series, films, and animated content.

In the realm of anime, Lira has contributed her voice to a variety of characters. She is known for voicing Mary in the fantasy series The Faraway Paladin. She also voices Princess Margaret Liones, the eldest daughter of the king, in the long-running franchise The Seven Deadly Sins, including the seasons Revival of The Commandments, Imperial Wrath of The Gods, and Dragon's Judgement, as well as the film Cursed by Light. Her work also includes the role of Anna Winehouse in the Netflix original anime series Hero Mask.
