Yukiko Nashiwa is a Japanese voice actress born on February 20, 1957, in Tokyo, Japan. Her career began in the early 1980s, with her first credited role appearing in the 1981 series Fang of the Sun Dougram. She is recognized for her work throughout the decade, providing voices for a range of characters in anime television series and films.

Nashiwa is known for her portrayal of maternal figures and supporting characters in several notable productions of the era. In the long-running series Fujiko Fujio no Kiteretsu Daihyakka, which aired from 1987, she voiced the role of Kiteretsu's Mother. Another significant role from this period was her performance as the stern headmistress Amelia Minchin in the 1985 anime adaptation of Princess Sarah. She also played Sunemi Koganeyama in the series Chinpui.

In addition to these roles, she took on parts in various other anime, including Hanae Makabe in Tokimeki Tonight, Taeko in Magical Emi, the Magic Star, and the character of Billy in both the television and film versions of Document Taiyou no Kiba Dougram. Her filmography also includes performances in Space Runaway Ideon, where she voiced Tolorof, and multiple roles in the Armored Trooper VOTOMS series.
