Rolf Berg is a German actor and voice artist, born on October 21, 1957, in Düsseldorf. He began his career as a stage and film actor, training at the Schauspielschule der Keller in Cologne from 1977 to 1980. His entry into voice acting came by chance in 1989, after which he became a prolific speaker for film, television, radio, and video games.

While his on-screen work includes prominent roles in German television series such as Die Anrheiner and Club der roten Bänder, Berg has built an extensive career in animation and anime dubbing. He provides the German voice for a wide array of characters across many popular series. His notable anime roles include Tao Bai Bai in Dragonball, Dr. Knox in Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood, Sanzaemon Nakiri in Food Wars! Shokugeki no Soma, and Masahiro Mashiro in Bakuman. He is also the German voice of Huang in Darker than Black, Brilliant Dynamites Neon in Trigun, and has voiced characters in Bleach, Hunter x Hunter, and Overlord, among many others. He voiced the character König von Akhafa in the film The Deer King and Hamamoto's Father in Penguin Highway.

Beyond his work in Japanese animation, Berg's voice is heard in video games, most notably as the German voice of Sigismund Dijkstra in The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. He is also an accomplished audiobook narrator, having won first prize at the German Literature Meeting in 1993 and receiving the LovelyBooks Readers' Award in the audiobook category in 2011. His background includes expertise in martial arts, such as Wing Chun, and he applies this knowledge to choreograph fight scenes for film and theater.
