Cassandra Lee Morris is an American voice actress known for her extensive work in anime dubbing, animation, and video games. Born on April 19, 1982, in Connecticut and raised in Trumbull, she developed an interest in voice-over from a young age, recording for an educational English as a Second Language cassette when she was twelve. She graduated from New York University in 2004 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and Mass Communications, and worked as a journalist in New York City and Los Angeles before focusing on voice acting full-time.

Morris began her voice acting career in New York with 4Kids Entertainment and NYAV Post. Her first anime role was in Magical Doremi, and her first major television role came with Yu-Gi-Oh! GX, where she voiced Alice and later Yubel. She continued to build her resume with roles in Pokémon and cartoons such as Winx Club and Chaotic. After relocating to Los Angeles, her career expanded significantly.

Morris is recognized for a wide array of prominent anime roles. She voices the mischievous mascot character Kyubey in the Puella Magi Madoka Magica series, including its films. In the beloved music-themed series K-ON!, she plays the energetic drummer Ritsu Tainaka, a role considered a star-making performance for her. She is also the voice of the fiery Taiga Aisaka in the romantic comedy Toradora! and portrays Suguha Kirigaya, known in-game as Leafa, in the Sword Art Online franchise. Her film work includes lending her voice to the title character in Patema Inverted, Teo in Oblivion Island: Haruka and the Magic Mirror, Noriko in Welcome to the SPACE SHOW, and Nadya in First Squad - The Moment Of Truth. Additional noted roles include Small Kyûbey in Magia Record: Puella Magi Madoka Magica Side Story, further confirming her long-standing association with that character.

Beyond anime, Morris has a prolific career in video game voice acting. Some of her most notable roles include Morgana in Persona 5, Edea Lee in Bravely Default and Bravely Second, Fie Claussell and Alfin Reise Arnor in The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel series, Lin Lee Koo in Xenoblade Chronicles X, Operator 6O in Nier: Automata, Aoi Asahina and Angie Yonaga in the Danganronpa series, and the champions Nami and Yuumi in League of Legends. She has frequently collaborated with other voice actors, including Bryce Papenbrook and Cristina Vee, on various projects.

In addition to her on-screen and in-game work, Morris is an accomplished audiobook narrator. She has received multiple Earphones Awards from AudioFile magazine for her narrations, including for titles like Dear Zoe, Salt to the Sea, and Pip Bartlett's Guide to Magical Creatures. Her narration of The Elegance of the Hedgehog was named AudioFile's Best Audiobook of the Year, and her work on A Snicker of Magic earned a nomination for an Audie Award and an Odyssey Award Honor from the American Library Association.

Morris married songwriter and producer Steve Shebby on February 13, 2016, and the couple resides in the Los Angeles area.
