Yuka Inokuchi is a Japanese voice actress born on June 5, 1978, in Kurume, Fukuoka Prefecture. She is affiliated with the talent management firm Ken Production. In October 2007, she changed her stage name to the hiragana version, いのくちゆか, which retains the same pronunciation. For work in adult-oriented media, she uses the alias Ayaka Kimura.

Inokuchi began her career in the late 1990s and has built a extensive filmography across anime television series, original video animations, and video games. One of her most prominent and long-running roles is Tabitha in The Familiar of Zero franchise, a character she voiced across multiple seasons including The Familiar of Zero: Rondo of Princesses, The Familiar of Zero: Knight of the Twin Moons, and The Familiar of Zero F. Another significant recurring role is Zazie Rainyday in the Mahō Sensei Negima! series, appearing in various adaptations such as Mahō Sensei Negima!: Shiroki Tsubasa Ala Alba, Mahō Sensei Negima!: Mō Hitotsu no Sekai, and the Anime Final film. She also voiced Nao Yorihime in the series Yosuga no Sora.

Her other notable anime roles include Rin Kamishiro in Maburaho, Anju Maaka in Karin, Ai Sarue in Love, Election and Chocolate, Saya Saginomiya in Canvas 2 - Niji Iro no Sketch, Chochomaru Sahara in PetoPeto-san, Yui Nonohara in Tsuki wa Higashi ni Hi wa Nishi ni - Operation Sanctuary, Hina Tatebayashi in Yozakura Quartet ~Tsuki ni Naku~, and Yûri Shirai in Kakyūsei 2.
