Timo Kinzel is a German voice actor born in 1984 who works extensively in dubbing for animation and live-action productions, as well as in radio plays. He pursued formal training to prepare for his career, studying at a school for acting in Hamburg from 2009 to 2010. His education in the field also included specialized workshops for microphone and dubbing techniques in the years following his initial training.

Kinzel is particularly well-known within the anime community for providing the German voice for prominent characters in several popular series. He voices the character Osamu Dazai in the German dubs of the anime series Bungo Stray Dogs and its related films, including Bungo Stray Dogs: Dead Apple. He also lends his voice to the role of Keisuke Sannan in the anime film adaptations Hakuoki: Demon of the Fleeting Blossom: Wild Dance of Kyoto and Hakuoki: Demon of the Fleeting Blossom: Warrior Spirit of the Blue Sky. His work in the anime genre extends to other roles, such as LeBelle in the web series Pokémon Generations and Sagaru Yamazaki in the Gintama franchise.

Beyond the titles specified, Kinzel's career encompasses a wide range of other anime and animated series. His credits include roles in The Ancient Magus' Bride as Yuuki Hatori and Hazel, Strike the Blood as Motoki Yaze, and A Lull in the Sea as Tsumugu Kihara. He has also contributed to popular children's animated series, voicing the character Rocky in the German version of PAW Patrol and taking on the role of Zane in Ninjago for several seasons. In addition to his work in animation, Kinzel is established as the regular German dubbing voice for actors such as Noah Centineo, whom he has dubbed in the To All the Boys film series, as well as for Shahid Kapoor and Ryan Corr. He is based in the city of Hamburg.
