Ben Hiura is a veteran Japanese actor and voice actor, born Tsutomu Hiura on January 25, 1943, in Tokyo, Japan. He has been active in the entertainment industry since the 1960s and is affiliated with the Seinenza Theater Company. His career encompasses a wide range of live-action roles in film and television, as well as an extensive body of voice work in anime and foreign-language dubbing.

In anime, Hiura is known for voicing authoritative and mature characters. He plays the role of the Judge in the 2016 anime adaptation of Ace Attorney. He also voices Captain Yōhei Hayami in the 2003 original video animation (OVA) Submarine 707R. Another notable role includes Zenran in the anime series Sekai no Hikari: Shinran Shōnin. His other significant anime credits include Junzō Ibata in Your Lie in April (2014) and Zunisha in One Piece (2017). He has also lent his voice to characters in series such as Lupin the Third Part II, Master Keaton, Gosick, and Golgo 13.

In 2015, Hiura received the Supporting Actor Award at the 25th Tokyo Sports Film Award for his work in film.
