Kazumasa Fukagawa is a Japanese voice actor affiliated with the agency Aoni Production. He was born on April 21 in Kagoshima Prefecture and is a graduate of the Amusement Media Academy. Fukagawa began his professional career in 2015, taking on various supporting roles in major anime productions. His early work included appearances in long-running series such as One Piece and Dragon Ball Super, as well as in Mobile Suit Gundam: Iron-Blooded Orphans.

Throughout his career, Fukagawa has built a diverse portfolio of roles across television anime, video games, and narration. He is known for his energetic performances and versatility, which allow him to portray both leading and supporting characters. In the television anime Hypnosis Mic -Division Rap Battle- Rhyme Anima and its sequel Rhyme Anima +, he voices the character Tom Whisper Weathercock, a street photographer with a role in the series' plot involving the Division Rap Battles. He also played the role of Iwamoto in the 2018 anime adaptation of Muhyo & Roji's Bureau of Supernatural Investigation. Another of his notable roles is Curtis "Magic" Suzuki in the original musical anime Kawagoe Boys Sing, which premiered in 2023.

Beyond anime, Fukagawa's work extends to video games, where he has voiced characters in major franchises such as the Tales of series, Super Robot Wars, and Persona 5. He is also active in dubbing foreign films, having provided the Japanese voice for the character Cao Cao in the film adaptation of Dynasty Warriors.
