Ichikawa Ennosuke IV is a renowned Japanese kabuki actor who has also made occasional appearances as a guest voice actor in anime, primarily within the One Piece franchise. Born Takahiko Kinoshi on November 26, 1975, in Tokyo, he comes from a distinguished family with deep roots in the kabuki tradition. He made his first stage appearance at the age of five and formally entered the kabuki world in 1983 under the stage name Ichikawa Kamejirō II. In June 2012, he succeeded his uncle, assuming the prestigious name Ichikawa Ennosuke IV. He is a graduate of Keio University's Faculty of Letters, where he majored in Japanese literature.

While his primary career is in kabuki, where he is known for his versatility in both male and female roles and his work in revitalizing the art form with "Super Kabuki" productions, he has also built a career in film and television. His connection to the One Piece franchise is particularly strong, having starred in the Super Kabuki II: One Piece stage play, where he portrayed multiple characters including Monkey D. Luffy, Boa Hancock, and Shanks. This collaboration led to his involvement in the anime adaptations of the series.

His work as an anime voice actor is specifically tied to the One Piece franchise. He voiced the character Komei in the 2015 television special One Piece: Adventure of Nebulandia. He later provided the voice for Gan Fall in the 2018 television special One Piece: Episode of Skypiea. Beyond these two credits, his filmography is predominantly composed of live-action roles in numerous television dramas and films. Examples of his extensive live-action work include roles in the NHK taiga dramas Fūrin Kazan and Ryōmaden, as well as the popular drama series Hanzawa Naoki.
