Description
Gan Fall is an elderly man of average height with long white hair, a mustache, and a pointed beard. He initially wears medieval knightly armor with a raised visor helmet, a dark red shirt, brown trousers, and a dark blue cloak featuring a yellow interior. After a timeskip, his attire shifts to casual: a zip-up T-shirt displaying the kanji for "God," black shorts, and sandals, with his hair tied in a low ponytail. Unlike other Skypieans, he lacks wings.

Gan Fall reigned as God of Skypiea for decades until Enel overthrew him six years before the Straw Hat Pirates' arrival. During his rule, he aided Gol D. Roger’s crew 25 years earlier, facilitating their descent from Skypiea and forging a friendship with the future Pirate King. He persistently pursued peace between Skypieans and the Shandia tribe, countering their centuries-long conflict. His efforts faced resistance from Shandian youth leader Wyper, who demanded vengeance for historical killings. An offhand comment about enjoying pumpkin juice inadvertently inflamed tensions due to the Shandians' cultural connection to pumpkin agriculture.

Exiled after Enel’s invasion, Gan Fall survived and adopted the alias "Knight of the Sky," operating as a mercenary. He charged 5,000,000 Extol for emergency whistles summoning his aid but occasionally distributed them freely. He harbored deep resentment toward Enel, deeming him cruel and inhuman, and expressed grave concern for his former Divine Squad, whom Enel enslaved to build Ark Maxim before eliminating them.

When the Straw Hats arrived, Gan Fall rescued them from Wyper in the White-White Sea. Impressed by their Knock Up Stream journey, he gifted them a whistle. He later shielded Conis from Enel’s judgment, hiding her and her father beyond Enel’s detection range. Allying with the Straw Hats, he saved Tony Tony Chopper from Priest Shura and aided Nami against Enel’s lieutenants Hotori and Kotori. During Enel’s Survival Game, he joined Roronoa Zoro, Nico Robin, and Wyper to confront Enel but was paralyzed by lightning.

Post-Enel’s defeat, Gan Fall reclaimed his role as God, accepted by Skypieans and Shandians alike. Wyper and his warriors integrated into his God’s Guards, cementing peace. After the timeskip, he maintained diplomacy with the Shandia Chief, sharing pumpkin juice and overseeing joint harvests while focusing on agriculture near the Golden Bell.

In combat, Gan Fall relies on his pet bird Pierre, who consumed the Uma Uma no Mi to transform into a Pegasus for flight. Though past his prime and unable to use Mantra, he remains formidable through extensive Dial mastery. He embeds an Impact Dial in his left gauntlet to absorb and redirect attacks and wields a lance with high skill. His tactics enabled him to pressure Mantra-user Shura and outmaneuver foes despite physical decline.

Gan Fall embodies compassion and selflessness, risking his life for strangers and prioritizing Skypiea’s welfare. His commitment to reconciliation over aggression ultimately unified Skypiea’s factions after Enel’s tyranny.
